1. Tell me about yourself?

Ans:

Sir/Mam.

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce my self in front of you.

My self Raj Kumar. I am from Chennai.

Coming to my education background,

I have done graduation in B.E and currently I am pursuing MBA from MGR University as a Correspondence.

About my family background,

My family consisting of three members including me. My mother she is a sweet home maker. And my brother he is mechanical Engineer working job with Ford India.

About my hobbies,

I like to playing cricket, playing games, net surfing and listening to music in spare time.

Now coming to my Strength and weakness,

I am honest, self motivated, hard working boy with positive attitude towards my carrier and my life and my weakness is I am sensitive and easily trust people. I can't say no when some one ask me for any help.

Well coming to my goal,

My short term goal is to get a job in a reputed company like yours and my long term goal is to be in respectable position in that organisation.

As a fresher I don't have any work experience but I will prove to myself when an opportunity comes to my path.

2. Tell me what you know about us.

Ans:
This question simply tries to determine if the person being interviewed has done their homework. An exceptional candidate will be able to deliver a lot of information about the company, but mostly this eliminates people who didn’t even bother to do minimal checking – these are people we don’t want. In other words, before you go to an interview, know what the organization is.

3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Ans:

Firstly I would like to put light on my strengths. The best part of me is Optimism.No failure can ever deter me from achieving my goals. Also I can adjust to all type of people and situation.I am hard worker and eager to learn more and I am ready to push myself to any limit.

Coming to my weaknesses, I was very poor at Time-Management. I never used the free time I had and it's really one of the biggest mistakes I made. But as soon as I entered my final year in college,I realized that I had a lot of things to do and very little time. From then I have worked hard and utilized every single second.Also I have a public-speaking phobia which I am currently working upon.

4. What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Ans:

Hard work: Dhoni did a 183 score aginst srilankha in 145 balls.

Smart work: Yuvaraj did 6 sixes in one over. Both are great. But cricket fans only remember 6 balls 6 sixes only. That is greatness of smart work.

5. Why should I hire you?

Ans:

Well sir, I will not say that I am the best candidate sitting here, because I don't know anything about the other aspirants sitting outside. But I surely know about my abilities which can make me stand apart from the rest. I am a highly optimistic person and no problem can deter me from achieving my goals.

I am a very flexible kind of guy and feel very comfortable in team as a contributing member. I am confident that my combination of practical work experience and solid education knowledge will provide your organisation a productive employee upon completion of your development training.

6. Why do you want to work at our company?

Ans:
It is a dream for every individual to start their carrier by working in such a big reputed company, it is something beyond the salary that you offer me because to be a belonging of this company is something prestigious and status-full.

The basement of my carrier will get more tougher and I can built on it so that no one can test its rigidity.

7. How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

Ans:

I will complete my work within time . if there is necessity to work at nights and weekends for the beneficial of the company i will definetly work .

8. How much salary do you expect?

Ans:

As a fresher, It’s the beginning of my career. So to gain an experience and to improve my skills are first to me. But I expect salary according to company norms and which will be sufficient to return my education loan. Your company can pay me after judging my skills and my work. I will be happy if you will give me a chance.

9. How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

Ans:

I want to be a part of this esteemed organization and want to grow with this organization by contributing my skill for its betterment. If I think that I can achieve that here, I don't think that there is any view of quitting.

10. Are you willing to relocate or travel?

Ans:

Yes. I will relocate if the company requires and it is beneficial for me to learn new things and to come across different cultures of people and it elevates our internal skills how to adjust to different mind sets of people and environment.
